What you need to know:

  • Hints of Chocolate
  • Touch of Walnut
  • Heaps of Taste

Devil in the detail:

The coffee from Fazenda Bom Jesus has a bright and remarkable acidity with hints of chocolate and walnuts. It leaves a very light and pleasant aftertaste. Notes of brown sugar make it a naturally sweet cup. A hint of maple syrup can also be detected. Its stunning aroma is very soft and sophisticated.

The sweetness of the coffee is a result of the coffee varietal Yellow Catuai and the natural process. The sugar in the coffee cherry is passed on to the bean as the coffee cherries are all dried together, removing the husks just after the coffee reaches a humidity of 11.5 %.

Lovely Flavour

First try of this coffee and it's a richer stronger flavour than the Signature Blend. I think it's my favorite so far! The best thing about RRBC is you order your beans and they roasted and sent out straight away, you can't get fresher than that! I'll be buying some more very soon!

My new favorite

I've tried several Brazil origin coffees lately, and this is one of my favorites. Love the roast and the complex flavors. Great as an espresso or cortado, also goes well as a cappucino.

Loving this coffee!!! Good strength to it and a really nice flavour as either an Americano or espresso. Been so impressed in the quality and will most certainly buy this again!! Amazing quality and phenomenal price!! Please keep roasting!!!!!!!!!!

Delicious coffee, excellent service!

First decided to try this as they are a local roaster for me but, honestly, this is a fantastic coffee. Nice and strong but with subtle flavour, perfect for my lattes. I'm not a barista but I'm able to get a consistent brew every time without any adjustments between batches.

A welcome boost

An ideal coffee after a long walk.
